A: Clinic Next Door accepts Medicare, Humana, UHS, Anthem BCBS, and CareSource. If you do not have health insurance or are out of network, we'll be sure to discuss your out-of-pocket responsibility before your appointment.

Q: What if I do not have insurance?

A: No insurance? No problem. Don't worry! Our services are affordably priced for everyone. Just call the clinic or email us with your inquiry and we'll be happy to provide you with price details.

Q: Where is Clinic Next Door located?

A: CND is located at 165 Walton Avenue, close to Downtown Lexington. Look for a brick and tan sided building. Please park on the street and enter through the front door.

Q: If I have questions about my bill, who can I contact?

Q: If I am a new patient, how should I prepare for my visit?

A: To prepare for your first visit, please complete the Patient Intake Forms that are sent to you. Bring your ID and insurance cards to your appointment.

Q: Do you offer telehealth services?

A: Yes, we offer telehealth services to provide barrier-free access for management and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions.

Q: What about mental health conditions?

A: A wide array of mental health conditions may be managed by primary care. We know waitlists for psychiatric specialized care can often be very long. With easy access to our clinic, your needs can be managed sooner. We work in tandem with specialized mental health providers and therapists and coordinate referrals if your condition is deemed out of our scope of practice. As always, go to the ER immediately if you are experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal/ homicidal ideation.
